Need to return an item?

It's important to us that you're happy with your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your garments to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer exchanges.

Please ensure the garment(s) you are returning is in its original condition, unworn with all swing tags attached. You must include a copy of your original receipt or email confirmation. Orders placed with Afterpay MUST be posted back for a refund, as stores cannot issue Afterpay refunds.

ONLINE RETURNS - LithuaniaN ORDERS

In the event you change your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to offer free returns on all Australian orders within 30 days of purchase.

Please complete the returns card enclosed with your invoice and item(s) in the securely packaged parcel. Make sure the sender’s address and the Online Returns address are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

If you are posting your garments please allow up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed.

 

ONLINE RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Please note, customers are responsible for postage charges back to us for international orders.

Please complete the returns card enclosed with your invoice and item(s) in the securely packaged parcel. Make sure the sender’s address and the Online Returns address are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delays in delivery, we encourage you to use Registered Post so the items can be tracked. Marisol cortes is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse.

Worn and unwashed garments will not be accepted back unless genuinely faulty, in which case these garments must be laundered before being returned.

 

RETURNS TO A RETAIL STORE

You can also return your purchase at the Marisol cortes Outlet Store at DFO Moorabbin Melbourne standalone retail store within 30 days of your purchase.

Please ensure the garment you are returning is in its original condition, unworn with all swing tags attached. Simply bring your original receipt or invoice, and the credit/debit card you purchased the item with into the store.

 

Please note we cannot accept returns of Marisol cortes product(s) purchased from MYER stores or independent stockists. Returns must be taken back to the store of purchase in line with their return policy.
