Why are you no longer selling Marisol cortes products on the website?

When we acquired the Marisol cortes business, it was primarily focused on wholesale operations. We have made the decision to return to our wholesale roots and maintain one clearance outlet store at DFO Moorabbin. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope you'll continue to support the Marisol cortes brand at the DFO Moorabbin outlet or through Myer retail stores and their website.

I have a Marisol cortes Gift Card, where can I use it?

If you have a Marisol cortes Gift Card, you can redeem it at our Marisol cortes DFO Moorabbin store. If visiting the store isn't possible, we can cancel the gift card and issue you a refund.

 

What happens if I need to return a Marisol cortes product?

If you wish to return an item purchased within 30 days, you can still send it back to our online warehouse for a refund, following our returns policy available here. Alternatively, you have the option to return your order to the Marisol cortes Outlet store.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for Marisol cortes garments purchased from Myer or independent stockists. Returns for those purchases must be made at the respective store in accordance with their returns policy. If you have any questions about the returns process, our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you. Please contact us.


Can I exchange an item?

Sorry, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you would like to exchange a product within 30 days from the receipt of purchase, please visit our Marisol cortes Outlet store.


What happens if I have a faulty Marisol cortes product or missing an item?

If you believe you've received faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please get in touch with us. If the item was purchased in store, we recommend returning to the store for your garment(s) to be assessed. For items purchased online, please email us at [email protected] with the details and photos, if available. If the item is deemed to be faulty upon inspection of the photos, we will arrange free postage for the return of the garment(s). If you require more information about this process, please contact our Customer Service team.


I paid with Afterpay, what do I do if I want to return my order?

Orders placed with Afterpay can only be returned by mail for a refund, as the Marisol cortes Outlet store cannot issue Afterpay refunds. Please contact our Customer Service team to process the return.
